About me

My cultural background is Spanish. I worked internationally as a software engineer for more than a decade before I found the courage to embark on my own self-development journey, becoming a coach and then a psychotherapist. I have studied, worked, and lived in the Nordics before settling in the UK. I welcome all cultural backgrounds into my therapeutic space.

My approach to individual therapy

The therapeutic approach I practice is rooted in Humanistic psychology, which in a nutshell means that I value and respect your unique circumstances and that I am ready to be real and connect with you. I offer a holistic approach that considers the connection between mind and body, and I will encourage you to explore your emotions, as well as your thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours.

Our first individual session

I offer a free 15-minute introductory (video) call so we can have a short conversation about your reason to seek therapy at this time, and how we could work together.
